I think it is in Chili's son's restaurant somewhere in the northern suburbs of Detroit. When you saw it at the Lead East, it was owned by Ray Wolosak who owned if for 30 years then sold it back to Chili Catallo.
This is not the same car, nor is it from the same album cover that was in the early Sixties. The "Chili" Catallo coupe never had fenders and was channeled when he got it. The sectioning was actually just t******* the rusted metal off the bottom off the car.

Look on the blower pulley. In the sixth picture that Mutt posted you have to look close at the pulley.
