Haven't posted anything in a while so I thought I'd post a couple shots I took of the tiny progress I've made on my T lately.

Shocks mounted and my pitman arm finished up.

I'm not sure about the shocks but they're done so they'll probobly stay.

chaddilac, the shock cant drop down, its mounted to the frame and to the wishbone, there's no way for it to drop.

    nimrod, great looking work!

Just the geometry of the thing keeps it from sagging. Really think about what would happen if you pushed on the top of it. Nothing would move because nothing could move.

Love the truck. Cool details all around. The steering, the frame, the fitting of the bottom of the body to the frame, spacing the rivets to match the louvers on the hood. It's all really cool.

Oh, Yes that is slick. Traditional and yet so many original ideas.

That recess for the pitman arm really sets it off.

It's kind of a partial belly pan/skirt in front, I used the lower section of the model A shell as the front of it. I'll see if I can find some pictures of it when I get home today.

And the headlights mount on stalks made from a model A bar mounted off the sides of the rails, doubling as shock mounts now.

Damn, that is slicker n' snot. That recess in the cowl is just beautiful, but I got to ask: Was that an idea born of necessity? Was the shaft too short once you located your steering wheel, and thus forcing you to do that, or was it a pre-planned thing, or is this just the way the geometry worked out with your frame and front end? Either way, it is amazing to behold, and even cooler if this is one of those wonderful happenings when form follows function. Damn.
