It's been a little over a year now that I've been driving the '32 that our late friend Frank (fab32) built almost twenty years ago. I showed it at Autorama this February with nothing changed from the day I pulled it out of storage, other than a bath. Recently I started taking a few steps to make it a bit more presentable. Even though it was the most recognizable feature of the car, I never liked the yellow frame. Out back there was a yellow gas tank, spreader bar and trailer hitch. I painted the tank and replaced the rest with a nice chrome spreader bar. It's still immediately recognizable as Frank's car, with a bit of an update. I know some of you guys remember this car and thought you'd like to see how it looks today.
That was someones ride before it was Frank's. He made it his with the modifications he bestowed upon it. Now its yours. The changes you make to it will reflect that fact and your tastes. Change it as you see fit and enjoy your tenure with the car. It will in time become known as Scott's sedan. Great looking 32.
Frank was a great guy and a wealth of knowledge when it came to Deuces!ank I really miss the PM's from Frank. I like what you've done with the sedan. HRP
Well calculated change to a real cool hotrod. Good on you lucky Lucky. Sorry for the p***ing of Hamber Fab. You now carry on where he left off. A noble motion...
