This is a nice build by Troy Ladd and crew. The Original was red for years, then it was restored in a dark green. The earlier Edsel speedster on a 1932 chassis was restored by a HAMB member owned shop and sold to the Ford family about five years ago.

Yes, Mark and Alex painted it days before the event. The old paint was needing refreshing and shot it candy purple over purple metalflake. They will stripe it and put the club logo on the back again.

Congratulations! Looking forward to some outside shots without reflections. Bet that top looks good folded down. Bob

I like this car better than any of the AMBR contenders. Just perfect, IMO.

Awesome photos Tom, as usual; thank you so much for sharing your art here.

This shot right here, this epitomizes the difficulty and frustration of shooting cars at a show. It's a beautiful shot of a beautiful car, and that dork standing there. :D :D

Ahh well, that's how it goes. He paid his money to get in too...

You know what I really like about this one, that eye grabbing yellow sign. Mattson's Radiator eh? Cool, I was wondering who was left around after Hoffman Radiator in Orange shut their doors. Not far from me either.

Thanks again Tom, and keep 'em coming! :D

Blues 4U: Yes, I could have waited til he left; I could have asked him politely to move (about a third of the people will then get belligerent; or I could have Photoshopped him out and I should have. Thanks for the nice words!
