Yo Rocky, Websters defines derelict as abandoned by the owner or occupant . I found with the help of brothers a derelict chevy, and I credit you with building the frame, front susspension,and not much more. As for as building this lakes modified I have to say you are not driveing in the center of the lane.Anyone who saw this car in Beatrice last year saw five weeks of work to barely have it running. The year since has seen many improvements and to my knowledge I didnt see you in the garrage. My found derrelict, like myself are now , Xderelict
Yo Xderelict I dont know who you are but I was at that show and when I got there Rocky did point Out that car and ask me If I remembered it. He said it was the Car HE STARTED to build and was glade to see SOMEONE FINISED it. Now Im telling the rest of the HAMBers when I saw the car IN ROCKYS garage some years back it was a frame with the fr sup. in it a six cyl moter and a cut down body and looked alot like it does now just not done yet. So xderelict if want to take full credit for building something you need to go out and find THE PARTS and build a car from scratch. And dont come on a message board and start slamming someone that is well LIKED
if you get right down to it there isn't anything on the road that was built without some kind of form to start with. there isn't much to warsocki's little ride now that its finished so i can't imagine there was that much to it when it was started. either way you look at it, we know who got it on the road and we know who KEEPS it on the road and seeing him drive that thing everywhere he goes is one of the coolest parts of that ride. besides, it's never the same from week to week so i'd say it's still being built.
