The wires I gave you have straight ends. You probably need 90 degree ends for running them up from the pan rail

  8. It’s pure irony, at least at work! We say it whenever someone starts bitching about someone else at work. It’s said frequently.

  9. You're gonna have to do better Mark lol

Last year's event was hard on equipment! I didn't realize my trailer axle was rusted so badly. Those West Virginia roads revealed the weak link, one end cracked on the tube. This tilted the tire into the fender, big smoke before I could get safely stopped. Clearanced the fender with a BFH, remounted the now 1/2 burnt tire. Custom work on fender 2nd pic. This was an hour from home, made it ok. So now new axles, straight, not 4" drop like before so less dragging. Also I can lower the fenders 4" for car door opening. The list:
Full 5 gallon gas can. Fell off on road somewhere! Eek!
    Two axles
    1 trailer tire
    Coffee maker died.
    Lloydfest - still priceless!

Hopefully the trailer tires aren't on 5 on 4 1/2 pattern Ford wheels? If so the Chevy hub caps were the cause not the West Virginia roads. Kind of like mating copper to galvanized pipe without a dialectic connector.

  21. Hmm, I forgot, one SS hubcap as well. Had to raid the stash to replace it, now I only have 5 silver spoked ones. All my spares have black spokes. Probably means something to the 14'' wheel geeks. They're heavy and I safety wire them on.

  27. Hey Andy,

I have 3 or 4 Edelbrock Performers laying around that I used on my transport truck engines back when I used gas not diesel. $ 40.00 if you want one!

    God Bless

  28. Thank you Bill!! That would be perfect! My 350 for my 3100 is mostly stock with a Melling Cam and a Performer would work great. Please bring one with you!!
