Hey, any semi-Metro Detroit area HAMBers with a vice and torch to spare for a few minutes, I need your help! Need to bend a brake pedal...tried doing it cold and only managed to break two tools and***** MYSELF up. If you're in the sort-of immediate area and can spare a few moments to help me lay some hurt on a pedal, I'd really appreciate it alot!!! (I suppose a hyraulic press that can generate, oh, maybe 78 tons of pressure could do it to...I'm only good for about 75 tons anymore!!!)
Why don't you bring it up to Fab32's place on Saturday and I'm sure there's something in his HUGE shop that you'll be able to use to accomplish your goal for the pedal.
I've destroyed stuff that was a lot more intimidating than a pedal. Bring it on up and we'll give it a go while all of the professional body men work over BIG OLDS. That way we will have a sense of accomplisment at days end other than weighing more from eating all day. Frank
