Technical Locating b-pillars on a 29 model A coupe

I'm looking for measurements to locate my b-pillars on my coupe. I measured everything before I took them out, but now I can't find the paper I wrote them down on. I need a measurement at the bottom, middle, and top. I also don't know how wide the wood is supposed to be that sits inside the pillar.
