I've been rebuilding my 58 Belevedere for a year. I have a rebuilt engine, new muffler, new brake lines, wheel cylinders but the front p***enger wheel locks when I start off. It gets better as I drive. It releases if I back up. Any suggestions?

Just a idea wldwknd ,you cud check wheel for correct amt of drag, should be slight amt with wheel off ground. If not back off adj till right . Also dirt/dust will do same thing. 52 csb
