Try Firefox or Internet Explorer and see how it acts. Could be a browser issue.

If the browser's text size has been adjusted, either by you or by the update of your browser, it can sometimes affect the formatting of some web pages. This can make text or other page content appear out of their normal position.

Next time you're on the page again hold the "Ctrl" key and scroll the wheel on your mouse back and forth a few clicks and see if that changes the way the page displays.

Changing the monitor's resolution settings might also disturb the formatting on a web page. But that's less likely to happen accidentally or by upgrading your browser.

If the problems started after Chrome was updated, I'd still suggest downloading and installing Firefox and see if works better. I've used Firefox almost exclusively for several years and it's been stable and bug-free 99% of the time

If you're on a Windows system you might already have Internet Explorer installed and you can give that a try too. At least this will help narrow down whether it's a browser problem or something else. What sort of internet connection do you have? Cable? DSL?
