Well, let's see. They're either the patron saints of hot rodding, or they're selling cheap shit to make a quick buck.

Maybe you guys should flip a coin.

Is this the group in Ft Worth that also sells Cobra replicas? I visited their 'factory' a few years ago, looking to buy said replica and it seemed to be run by a bunch of 25 year kids (note that I said kids). While they seem to have good products, it's such a shoestring operation that I didn't get a warm fuzzy that they would be around to supply all the parts I would need if there was a detour during my build process that held me up for any period of time. I do note though that they have been around for quite a while, which must speak 'relatively' well about them. I'd start googling their name, especially on some of the cobra websites, that should give you an idea.

I actually bought the last one they had last winter! My good buddy (Big Dad) ran over and gave it a look. It turned out to be a good body for the money and the guys or "kids" as someone called them were good to work with. Hell they even stored it for a couple of months untile I got down there. Let me know if you want some detailed pictures.

[IMG]BRAND NEW, FACTORY DIRECT! Lone Star Classics Inc. is reducing its 32 Roadster inventory by marking down the price of its award winning 1932 Ford Roadster Replicated bodies. Regular retail price for these bodies have been advertised for $3,995. Even at this price no one could compete with us!

    - Sale Price: Only $2,800! This is a limited time offer.

  13. Hey Fergen............Trent Knight here. Good to see you Brookings guys on the HAMB.

Please post some pics of that body.

  14. one of the reasons the bodys are cheaper is because they don't hang the doors or trunk and don't put the skins on them you have to do that. if i am not mistaken. and there is no steel tubing to mount anything too that is a big price factor.
