Lone star Roundup 13,

I need advise on where to stay for the roundup,I want something close to all the action,please help this will be the first time I attend..... Thanks.....

 

I can't find the link I wanted but here is one that will find you the motels around Congress.

It doesn't help a bit if you find one that is **$$ cheaper if it is 30 ******** miles away from all the action. Being on Congress or close to it lets you park the car at the motel and walk if you want to party or if your companion wants to crash you don't have to leave the action and drive 30 miles to the motel.

 

It may be too late to find anything close to the action.

Which action are you talking about? The Roundup Car Show is at the fairgrounds about six miles outside of town. The Continental Club action is on Congress Ave. Although this year they might not cruise down Congress because it is soo congested. Last year was great!! I say stay in town and venture out to the show each morning. My 2 cents-
