Hey all, a heads up from Roundup headquarters: Wanted to let everyone know that we can not let any cars into the park until 10am on Saturday. So if you show up early for the best spot on the grounds you'll end up waiting. This has nothing to do with our plans; the city has a cancer benefit walk around the park area on the same morning as the show and will not let any vehicles down the road between 8 and 10am. Police will be stationed at the entrance. This means all vendors will have to be in the park between 6 and 8am. Don't worry all cars will be parked very quickly and the majority will be on the grounds by the time the gates open at 11. So sleep in or go get a great breakfast at the Hula Hut from 9 to 10:30. Pre registered folk will have a ticket in the registration packet for a free breakfast, for everyone else the cost is only $5.00! Spread the word. Thanks y'all! It's gonna be a ball!

I'll be at the Hula Hut. That was a mighty fine breakfast I had last year. I gotta get some more of those potatos.
I recommend the Hula Hut breakfast deal. That way ya'll can all cruise across town to the show, together. Attn. Car Clubs: <font color="red"> </font> IF YOU WANT TO PARK TOGETHER, SHOW UP AT THE GATE TOGETHER!!! <font color="black"> </font> Don't want to sound like a jerk, or a hardass. But the way the park is setup, it's the only way we're gonna be able to get everybody in without a MAJOR clustermess.
What time does that breakfast start?....... I can see people skipping breakfast to get in line early. Are there only enough spaces for those who pre-registered or are yall gonna let people register at the gate? ......... just wanna know if i should have to skip breakfast
Breakfast is from 9-10:30. You can still get parking passes for Saturday. Go to www.lonestarroundup.com and click on "register". Please don't get to the park before 10am. It may cause problems, for us,with the city. And we need to stay on the good side to be able to keep upgrading parks as this show gets bigger.
OK, cool.... I pre-registered......I just didnt want to have to miss breakfast.... but It looks like I'll get to enjoy the Hula Hut after all ........ Thanks
Mark, my experience from last year is that you'll have plenty of time. I was all worried about getting there early and not missing anything. You'll be on your feet all day, not to mention you'll be tired from ragin' the night before. If you get there a little late, you might even thank yourself!
