Long time lurker and all that

I have a '74 CJ-5 that I want to go old-school with. It's pretty much the same as the 55s just a little longer so it holds an AMC 304. I know it's not pre 65 but 10 years of a 90% identical vehicle with a 28 year production run is more than likely to get grandfathered in.

 

I'm thinking no. Jeeps, although cool as hell will not go over too big here. Unless of course you can get it to run in the 9's but the year is still going to kill ya.
