Hello everyone. I have used this forum several times and it has been very helpful so I figured I should finally register and post. I'm not sure if I technically belong due to the vehicles I own but the forum has been a help in my Google searches so I thank you all for that.

Car one is a triumph GT6 Mark I that I bought in 2000 with a tax return for $350. It had been off the road since 87 sitting under an oak tree in Sacramento when I brought it back to life. It is not original and has seen its fair share of s****s, however it is in pretty good shape it is awaiting body work and paint. I have replaced the transmission and clutch as well as many other things like rebuilding most of what goes bad on these cars. Last year I was able to find a set of vintage black plates and get them ***igned to the car so I'm hoping to have her back on the road with paint this summer.

Car two is a family heirloom, the 73 Corvette that my dad bought in 77 when I was two, I finally convinced him to part with it. It is an L 48 but fully loaded and unfortunately no longer original. The car has over 200,000 miles on the ch***is and even though it's worn, I like the vintage look it has, all the way down to the burn in the wood on the center console where he rested his cigarette. He couldn't justify spending the money to restore it, but I think leaving it as it is and turning it into a driver makes a lot of sense. It has a lot of cool vintage 70s Correct of a timepiece.

Anyway thanks again for all your help and I'm wondering where would I post on this forum if I have questions? Customs hot rod? What do you all think?

    Thank you please drive through.

So here they are. Just found out some bad news today. The vette had been having issues with the #8 exhaust rocker. I pretty much determined today that the cam lobe is wiped.

    Thank you please drive through.
