Hey everyone, I'm Drew. I live in the East Bay, Ca. I guess how it all started, my pops showed me pics of him when he was a teenager of him and his buddies in front of his 49 Shoebox. Growing up living in Pleasanton, CA we'd always go to good guys show. Then we moved to Sacramento, CA. I never grew up being exposed to cars being built not until I was about 16 when I got my CDL. I started messing with mini trucks and VW's and Lowriders. I guess my first old american car was a 64 Cadillac Coupe Deville that Scott Mugford bagged back in 2001. I sold that and then Scott built me a 29 Model A Tudor (I loved that Car). Unfortunately, I had to sell that due to taxes, but I had a 59 Ford Ranch Wagon my wife and I bought from Poor Boy Jason back in 2005. I sat on that car for 4 years before I got it running. While that car sat in a field, Rea's driveway, Mugford's shop, and my garage I've had a 59 F-100, 30 Model A Truck, 64 Ford Galaxie, and a 63 Buick Electra in the past. The wife and I moved to Ventura, cuz I got job work in the Oil Industry as a Pipe and Structural Welder...During our time there, I had Matt Noble of Noble Fabrication do some work on the 59 Ford Ranch Wagon to the gas tank, electrical and he set the motor in place and got it running for me. I've had the tranny rebuilt and rearend rebuilt. So currently, I have that Wagon and a 30 Model A body. And now we're back in the East Bay. I'll eventually post all the work I've done and all of the others that have help me along the way, once I find all the pics.
Good to meet you Mr. 64 Wildcat. Love Buicks over here too. I've had 2 401 nailhead's. One in my 29 Model A Tudor Sedan and in my 63 Electra. Cheers
