dang, that 69' caddy wagon is authentic, ain't it? never knew real caddy station wagons existed outside the Superior or Flxible catalog options..
Between 1970 and 1972 I was stationed in Key West, Fl.We would go to Miami to the drags and mess around afterward. There was night club that had a Caddy wagon about a 68 or 69 with their name painted on it. I thought it was pretty cool then too.
I saw a mid-70's wagon in the northeastern suburbs of Detroit. I thought it was a good looking car. I think if Cadillac had taken these 'in house' that they would have sold quite a few. In the 1980's, the Detroit Cadillac dealer I worked at dealt with R.S. Harper Coachbuilders (Clarkston, MI?) on the he****s and limos we got in. They also did a few wagon conversions themselves in the early '70's. I'd love a H&E car. No expenses spared.
These are for sale right now: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Cadi...Cars_Trucks&hash=item256fa19a8f#ht_2636wt_713
