    Not driving on snow covered & salted roads in Wisconsin will keep it from rusting

  2. It's not about the cars future it will reside in my heated shop. It's the cars past that is the concern. For the first twenty years of its life it was driven in the snow. There's rust in areas that cannot be reached. The rust while slowed down is still there and slowly working to destroy the car. Acid dipping and sealing it is the only way to guarantee it won't ever become a issue. Soda blasting or sandblasting can't get everything.
