Lookin' for a killer machine shop in LA.....know anyone?

  1. Ok guys im going to be needing a good machinist to do some work on some custom rods/bearings.....pref with early Hemi experience.

    Can ya'all recommend someone who is i. anal with their work and ii. wont take 2 months to do it ?

    Any info would be really helpful.

  8. I've got a guy in Atwater Village, Ca(It's on the western outskirts of Glendale,Ca)
    His name is Joe (Red) Gonzales.Have known him since high school(1990's). I built my first engine with him.He does his work at home. Full machine shop in his garage. I've seen him work on Hemi's and Flathead's and the common V8's. Alot of restoration guy's go to him.

  9. I have a Brad motor in my 51 Chevy HT.
    If you want a nasty Hemi. I would recommend QMP. Awesome shop too.
