Lookin for a machine shop in LA or valley to....

I have a 60 sumthing steering column (tilt, I know) from a van. Well I wanna put a 49 Buick steering wheel on whith out the adapter kits. I have a donor steering wheel, both are metal in the hub area. Thinking of cutting the piece from the donor, drill the Buick out (widen the diameter) and put the new inner and weld. So, is there a shop that can do this in LA or the valley? or any suggestions, Thanks.
