Right side starter housing/inspection cover for '49 to '64 Olds. Flywheel, bellhousing, clutch parts for '49 to '54 Cadillac and Olds. Flywheel and bellhousing for '64 to '66 Buick nailhead. I will buy cracked or just plain bad parts. They don't have to be nice parts. I am also looking for the removable front bearing retainer for the 3 speed Cad/Lasalle transmission. I'm willing to pay stupid prices to get this stuff. Well, maybe not THAT stupid, but dumb! I need this stuff to trial fit new adapter kits. I plan to manufacture complete stick setups for these motors. Bob Bendtsen Bendtsens Transmission Adapters 763 767 4480
yes it does.but maybe it doesn't. anybody that has one of the above mentioned engines would be smart to help find these parts, the Rocket Olds probably has THE least amount of aftermarket parts support in the traditional hot rodding world IMHO...
I think it's fine here - it's for a manufacturer to get the parts he needs to build more parts for rodders. And it should be kept near the top..... Mutt
About time. A complete new setup instead of chasing down fewer and fewer servicable parts that are already 25-50 years old. what would these sell for? Custom made to order? Made in US or sent out? Several friends have designed things (non automotive, ceramics and textiles) and attempted to have them made in the US. Unfortunately they recieved very high cost estimations and not very keen at***udes from US manufacturers. They found high quality, interested manufacturers overseas. It was no contest. I'll see what parts I can find around here.
I can get you the Olds stuff. What do we get out of it? At cost discounts? PM me and let me know exactly what you need. I have a '60 motor and access to 2 '64 engines
how cool is that, you have a three stick setups with starter switch-overs and you are willing to let them go! for us! thanks! Paul
