Looking for 1958 DelRay

Has anyone seen the 1958 Green Chevy DelRay that I have in my album? Last I knew it was in upstate NY, about 2yrs ago, near Syracuse/Watertown. Ex-drag car with Paul Lukas' name on the side. Please check out the pictures in my album. Thanks

Hey - wish I'd have met you when I lived there. I left Schenectady about a year ago.

Not much help, I know, but maybe put the word out with few traditionalists around. Get up to a garage night with the Rolling Bones in Saratoga and introduce yourself. They are nice guys. Also touch base with Joe Alig and the HATE guys. They are way over in Binghamton but thats a pretty distinctive car so you never know.

There are a couple of cruise nights around ( you probably know already ) where you could show those pictures around.

Last I saw it was for sale at a gas station in Ballston Spa. Hamber Bucksnort and I looked it over and he took a bunch of pictures. It must have sold. get alhold of bucksnort.

 

Last I knew it went to the Syracuse Nationals where it was sold. Then it appeared on Ebay about a month after that. It didn't reach its reserve so I don't know what happened to it after that. It hasn't shown up anywhere since.
