Looking for a custom/resto shop in Orlando area

Im looking to get a job at a custom or restoration shop here in Orlando (or surrounding area). I did an in depth search on the internet but was hoping someone on HAMB could help a new comer along.

Im really new to working on / restoring cars so any advice that would help me get ahead and get to know my shit would really be helpful.
