1952-59 Ford Looking for a drivers door remote mechanism

I have been looking for a good condition drivers door latch actuator ***embly. The part I need attaches to the inside door handle and has a arm attached that opens the door latch. I tried replacing the spring in mine but the problem is still there.

 

I have a 53 4door parts car, would a drivers rear door have the right parts? If so I should have what you need.
