I'm dealing with an**** hole right now on greedbay. I won a bid on some 40 merc. bumpers and it took the guy over 2 weeks to tell me how much the shipping was going to be. So I decided I would take about a week more to pay him. On the day I mailed the check, I get a email from ebay telling me this********* has informed them I'm a non paying bidder. That was about 10 days ago, still no bumpers. I hope some one finds the punk for you.

Got ripped the same way about 6 months ago by a scum*****ing low life biker******** selling "GOOD" 60 Impala fender and hood/grille trim pieces. When I finally got them, you could not even begin to compare to the "Pic" he posted. EMd him directly, thru E Gay, eveything you could try, alas, to no avail, just ignored, burned him the best I could on what limited amount you can say on "FEEDBACK" Couldnt even get E GAY to respond back. Point was that the guy may have been away, fallen ill, lost a limb, hit by a car, fighting terrorists, etc, etc. How long have you been trying to contact him? If you have a name, you should be able to get a phone number.
I had the same problem selling a penny scale, no replies, Then we figured out both of our spam filters were filtering out each others emails. We finally got in touch with each other using different email addresses. That was after we both left mutually nasty feedback for each other. Try sending him an email through a Hotmail or Yahoo account and make sure you put something other than "Ebay problem" in the subject line, mention something specific like "1940 Mercury Bumpers".

It's been a month today. The sorry**** won't answer e-mails through E-Gay, and is now no longer a registered user. No phone listed on the E-Gay user profile and two other people had the same problem after I did. Thanks for the tips, guys. I'll find him.
Strange! Just went thru a deal where I bought some 55 Pontiac side trim. All went well and he e-mailed that he needed to ship the 1/4 spears separtly so as not to damage them. Great! Then the door pieces came, nice stuff, then this**** hole falls off the end of the earth. Ignored all my e-mails 'til last Saturday when I went on site and clicked on his other auctions and dropped him a couple of notes. Got a note that the trim is on the way. This has been going on for a month and a half. His excuse........ E-mail has been down. Wonderful......just*****ing wonderful. How in the Hell has he put up about 20 other auctions during this time. Was going to put a note on here Monday am for some of you Jersey boys to look him up and maybe gently remind him that he had my money when the e-mail came. Trim's not here yet but at least I heard from the SOB but still may need to track this New Yorker down and stack some of his wood.

I quite often get stuff mailed here for friends back home in the UK & send it as one big package every month or so to save on multiple air mail charges...In March, I mailed a check to a guy without a PayPal account on behalf of one of my friends, turns out, I misread the amount & overpaid by $35...OK, so its not the end of the world, but the guy has not replied to any mail, despite telling me & my buddy that the check for the extra would be in the mail straight away!
