If someone wants a great deal on a donor car for performance or race the car , I have the keys with good Pa. ***le to a 1984 Mustang that has faded gray primer on it and is a sleeper BUT has a 347 stroker with reworked GT40 heads , Edelbrock Vic. Jr. air gap intake , Holley 780 double pumper , .550 lift Comp cam , Eagle forged bottom end , re-built C4 trans with a 3800 stall that shifts tight -no trans brake or reverse shift , 4.10 posi rear . Needs to be finished if you are going to race the car . I have driven the car myself and it's VERY , VERY FAST and will put a big smile on your face ! Will do low high 11's to low 12's on the street with decent tires and has done low 10's at the track with race fuel and good slicks . That was the last time it was at the race track . They wouldn't let the car race anymore due to no roll cage ! Went to fast ! If you want a good engine , trans and rear for another car this would really wake you up in a hurry . Idles good in drive so you wouldn't have to fight with it . The engine has maybe 500 miles on it , the trans and rear have 400 or less miles on it and was a street driven car ! Those miles weren't a 1/4 mile at a time ! I am selling the car for a Military ARMY Man that is giving his life to protect us all !! I would buy it if I have the money . I can't build the engine for what he wants for the entire car ! Comes with a nice very light wing , new fibergl*** cowl hood , has a Ford large face tack with shift light , Auto Meter gauges that are hook up but need to be mounted , frame rails are welded in , battery box in rear , race fuel cell in rear , Hurst shifter with reverse lock out , long tube headers , MSD ignition with 6AL box with chips . Have under drive pulleys . Also comes with 4 new race springs , 4 new shocks , alt that need to be mounted because the one in the car doesn't work . I am sure I am missing something else . It doesn't look pretty but is very fast ! he put all his money in the drive-train and not the looks ! Needs to have a roll cage for drag racing at the track ! Not a big deal ! This would make a good donor car for that Ford you have sitting that you want to build with that extra performance you would love to have . the engine does have flow master and has that idle that will make everyone at the the cruise turn and look at ! If anyone wants to look at the car , hear the car run or come and check it out please let me know . The Military man doesn't want to sell it but if he takes it to where he is stationed , it will just sit and he really doesn't want to see it sit . He has well over $7000 in the cars so far !
