There was a 1940 Ford with a fuel injected Cadillac engine running around here in the 50's. I am looking for this car. I know it was still here in the NW as of 15 years ago. If anyone knows where it is please let me know. Thank you.
That's a bit short on info. Color (s) the last time it was seen. The last place you saw it or know it was seen at. Such as one of the runs in 1990 or so. Any other info? Street/ drag. West or east of the Cascades? If it made the popular rod trots between 1979 and 1995 I probably have a photo or two stashed away.
Unfortunately I can not answer any of your questions. My grandfather knew about the car and where it was and he has since passed away. I think the fuel injected Cadillac engine will seperate it from any other.
Black...with traditional flames???? I "know" a guy with a couple of 40 Fords...old hotrods, but I don't know what engines are in 'em....
