Looking for an artist

I'm looking for someone to do a drawing for me based on this. It'll be called "THE I-SCREAM TRUCK". I'm going to use it to have a decal made so a Jpeg version that I can print out is fine. I dont want to put a ton of money into it but I will gladly pay for your time. Let me know if you're interested and about how much you would charge. I've got a pretty good idea of what i want it to look like but I dont have the skill to pull it off myself.
