Looking for anyone that might have info on an old '32.

My buddy at work got to talking about his old hot rod he had years ago. He talked about how he built the car way back when. How the car was chopped and the olds power plant. Also how he wished he had never sold it. He said it won twice I think at a big car show in Charlotte, NC. The car was sold to some guy in Thomasville,GA about 1968 or 1969.

I would just like to know if it is still around. If it is still being drove, or if it has been forgotten about. Every car like this has a story. Just interested mainly. And I know My friend Russell would like know aswell.

    Thanks

Flatlanders just happens to be right down the road. I know Alan pretty well. I stopped in there after work this evening. He gave me the scoop. He has a whole s**** book about the car and the movie. He actually said he has talked the cars current owner. Man... kind of a small world. The front motorcycle style fenders were still layin there at his shop fixin to go to the Charlotte Auto Fair tomorrow.

My friend Russell was going to try and find somemore pics of the car from when he had it. Will post if I get them.
