Technical Looking for answers.

I was out scrounging the prairie today and came across an old truck frame. It has cast hubs with a J logo in the center cap??? Any ideas what it might be from?

 

The only manufacture of any truck I could find is Jeep and they don't seem to go back that far,,could be a foreign manufacturer or one of the early automobiles,,gotta remember there was some big cars back then. HRP
