Technical Looking for flathead guru in SE Wisconsin

    A friend of mine picked up a '30/31 Ford p/u. It's got an 8BA with Navarro heads and 4-71 Navarro blower. It's got an extensive build list from H&H.
    It runs rough til it gets into higher rpms, to me sounds like a timing issue or possible carburation issue (tri-carbs on blower).
    He's going to send me some pics and the build info.
    He buys and sells ATVs, UTVs and implements and got this as an interesting trade on a tractor.

    Anyhow, looking for someone in Milwaukee area with flathead/multiple carb he can get together with for a once over.
