Technical looking for HAMB member

I'm trying to contact a member, Don Turpin of Madera, California.
He has tried to contact me by phone multiple times, left a couple of messages, but no return phone number and his number comes up as restricted.
So, if you know a Don Turpin of Madera California please tell him to leave a number or contact me here on the HAMB.
