Looking for info on this '31 Model A coupe

I was wondering if anyone has any information on this particular hot rod. I saw it at the 2012 LeadSled Spectacular in Salina last year, and was hoping it would be there this year so I could get some more pictures and ask the owner some questions, but I didn't see it. It was one of the coolest rods at the show that year, and I'd like to do something similar.
