Does anyone have pics of Larry Watson's house from, I guess, late 60's early 70's....Hollywood hills, somewhere. I saw ONE image of his living room (partially obscured by other photos in Custom Rodder) with miles deep **** and *****in' lamps and whatnot....ANYONE?

Mods, please let this ride, I know it's a little off topic, but man, his place was way inspirational (candy colors, lights, textures), from what I could make out.

The photo posted above comes from the Watson Collection in his Museum.

Here is another one from Custom Rodder article on Larry... although it does not really show to much but the background photo is of his house... very neat.

Thanks Skirv...Rik, that is the exact (obscured) photo I referenced originally. The images Skirv posted seem more average (house), cool, but average. The one from Custom Rodder, however, is every 70's hipster's dream-pad come true.

Larry had a couple of hollywood homes, I've gone to both with Larry, one was by a freeway and had a long driveway. the other was a gl*** walled house on top of a hill, looking down on sunset or hollywood blvd. the lamp and a lot of his decor was still in his last home. His son just moved it out to rent the house. Some people have offered to buy some but his son is not yet ready to sell any. By the way yesterday marked 2 years since his death. And today was his birthday. Roger

    Wow....RIP in Larry Watson

Would LOVE to see some pics. I bet it was whichever one was overlooking sunset. Total guess.
