I haven't been able to find anybody manufacturing frames for vintage size plates. I just want to protect the edges--don't need anything fancy. Yeah, I could make my own, but I want something a little slicker. Also posted on the WANTED section of the Marketplace.

    Thanks,

    Joe

I'd be surprised if anyone did make them, since there were a bunch of sizes before they standardized to 6 x 12" in 1956.

Just curious, what do you want to protect the edges from? :)

coast to coast brand, stainless steel and adjust to size of plate. been around for years ,I've had them on many of my rides. There is at least one pair on eBay now. Very simple, fits around the edge of the plate like you wanted.
