I ran around the Mighty Mo and Queenstown drive in from 64-67, having grown up in College Park and hanging out in Greenbelt. My mother worked for Hot Shoppes at 14th and Rhode Island in DC. I ran around the Washington beltway before it was ever finished on a Sunday in a 1960 Corvette with my friend, Bobby Kelly. In 1967 the Hyattsville courthouse decided to "help me enlist" in the Marine Corps, so off I went to VietNam. I was in Special Landing Forces of the USMC during 67-68 in VietNam in such places as ConThien, KheSahn and Camp Carroll and fought side by side with Leland Crawford, who later became 9th Sgt Major of the Marine Corps. Three years ago, I went to a reunion in Greenbelt, but found the area had grown too crowded. I now live in a small town in Tennessee, which is the greatest state in the land of the free. I am interested in finding memorabilia from the Mighty Mo as well as looking for a sign of Prince Geoge County Kustoms, which I've seen posted here. If anyone can help me locate some neat stuff, please get back with me. Semper Fi ! John Wayne Jeffries
