Does anyone remember the build thread or tech thread a guy made awhile back where he made his model a cowl tank flip up to allow access to the wiring and components. My 29 roadster has the Battery, wiring harness, and brake booster up under the dash so I have been thinking about making it more accessible. Thanks In advance.

Can't help with the car, but I do remember it was top notch.

I am planning to do a similar flip open dash panel for my Anglia build, also with an under cowl mounted master cylinder, so I will be following this for insight.

Best solution I saw was a friends 29. He separated the top of the cowl and connected a latch to the gas tank cap. He could twist the cap and remove the top of the cowl to access all wiring. The cowl did not flip up but it was removable. Removing the top instead of flipping it up is easier IMHO
