Hey guys about a year ago I purchased a 55 GMC, and the truck came with dealer badges on the side where it would normalled say GMC hydramatic...the badges read LYNN trucks and equipment.

I am wondering if anyone has any information on this dealer, are they still around? Has anyone else seen one of these badges? Anyone know somebody selling anything related to this dealership?

I am not sure where it was located but I do know the truck was originally purchased in the redlands, ca and never left until I bought it, originally was a shop truck for dill lumber company.

    Any help is greatly appreciated

Don't have any info, but that's a sharp looking GMC.

  4. I've worked in Lynn Mass. on the Lynnway for decades.
There was a GMC truck dealer one block before our dealership. I think they're Hino trucks now.
I don't recall the previous name back in the 50's and 60's but I'll ask some of my senior citizen co-workers.

You might ask on the NAPCO forum.

There was a Lynn Trucks dealership in San Bernardino, CA
I think in the late 60's & 70's, it probably was even older than that but that is the times I am aware of.

It doesn't all make sense but it's copied directly from the newspaper site.
