Looking for my a 37 Chevy my dad once owned

I know this is a long shot, but I know it is still out there somewhere. In the Kansas City area. My dad once owned a 37 Chevy Sedan with a 37-38 Lasalle grill. Just wanting to find out if anybody knows or has seen it. A few years back at the South 71 Cruisers Cruise night we saw it and never saw it again. Would love to find out about it. Did it still have the Lasalle grille? Looks good on the Chevy front end!
