Seems like car names are ususally only cool if they kinda just come about unplanned or from a friend and then the name just sticks. Its just like picking your own nickname, not usually that cool.

 

Slidell, if you really HAVE to give it a name. I agree with Adam, a name for a car just kinda happens, and sticks, unless you're Foose, or one of the big name builders, then, for some reason, some of the rest of we amateurs, feel we should follow suit. I , for one, am not in agreement with that concept.

Naming a car is GAY

 

Yes to that, My daughter named the 48 Little Red Truck which over the years has just become "Little". At one time we also had a 77 1 ton 4x4 crew cab which obviously earned the name "Big".

Drop the back end of that Plymouth about four inches and then you can put Hung Tu Lo on the side in quasi oriental writing. One of the "older" guys had that on his car when I lived on Bainbridge Island Wa in the early 60's.
