Technical looking for pics of a SBC in a 29 Ford

    I know there must be a bazillion pics on the net and HAMB, I've searched but can't find a good angle of what I looking for.

    I'd like to see any small block Chevy's mounted in a 29 ford with a factory frame/hood distance that show the factory firewall/gas tank clearance and/or harmonic balancer to factory front cross-member/radiator position.

    i'm still considering engine choice for my build,

    scrap metal; thanks very much.... looks like the "gas tank" is modified in all pictures, i'm thinking i'd like to my tudor factory gas tank (keep tudor rear seat)
    looks like the last one might have long style pump....

    any others have pics?

    for sale pics II 007.JPG Actually the original tank sits about 3" behind the outside part of the firewall.. This coupe I had used the original tank.. There was enough room to still recess the firewall about 3" at tank height.. It can be done if that is your intention... click the pic for larger image
