Technical Looking for recommendations for Impala tachometer repair

My 64 impala ss has the factory sbc tachometer. Light works but tach is dead. I also have a few other vintage tachs I may either want restored or trade in as cores if possible. So far I've gotten a quote of 300 bucks. Don't know if that is reasonable. Thanks for the help/comments.

 

Williamson's Instruments-excellent work--Have done several 40 Ford clusters and converted to 12V-have done some clocks as well.

I'm not sure if Rusty repairs tachometers but I would suggest checking with him and ask. he sure has helped me out several times and is a Hamber. HRP

Rusty did a great job on my speedo cable but said he doesn't do tachs, or at least a Sun tach I had asked about.
