Hello all- I managed to move to the Metro Detroit area this month- Shelby Township to be exact. I had to rent a little apartment, so I have been bored without the ability to work on projects! Back in Massachusetts I was able to hang around @cball’s shop- and while my car never made it to a bay there, I am looking for a similar gig in my new area! Would love to help on some local projects, and work out a way to later get my project closer so that I could work on it as well. Even if you’re not in the area, if you have any first hand experience that could help point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Every Saturday morning there's a big group of car guys who meet for breakfast at the Ram`s Horn restaurant at Hamlin and Rochester in Rochester Hills. Get there around 7 and introduce yourself. I can never get there on Saturday mornings, but I know a few guys who are there every week. Its not exclusively for traditional hot rods; it's a broader interest level group.
