Hot Rods Looking for someone to haul a Firetruck to TX

I need my Firetruck to be transported from MN to TX
22.6 feet length
8 feet wide
6'7" height (79")

I'm curious what makes that a firetruck? Has something been removed from it?

 

Im curious too, I see the places at the back corners of the doors where maybe hose equipment was there???
Is that part stationary and the doors cut out to miss that part or? also notice that it looks like V/8 embossed at the front sides of the hood, Ive never noticed that before on anything like this either. Cool tho

 

The V/8 was only on the '40 big trucks - 3/4 ton and larger not on the 1/2 tons. The big truck hoods were the same in '40 and '41 except for the '41's didn't have the V8 on the side of the hood since Ford introduced a flathead six in '41.
