Technical Looking for someone to punch louvers in central Mi.

Anyone know of anyone in the Flint Mi. area that punches louvers? I ran into a fellla at the Frankenmuth car show that was p***ing out cards, but I've lost it. He was driving an aluminum bodied track T. I believe he was from the Detroit area. Thanx, Norm
