Looking for Steel Wheel Builder on East Coast???

Does anyone know a good steel wheel builder, like rallyamerica or early wheels that is on the east coast or south east?

 

There's a guy in Burlington, NJ, on Rte 130, who does steel wheels, can't remember his name, though...maybe someone in the area will chime in!
