Looking for weird headlights

HI,
A couple years ago I saw a 55 chevrolet pickup at gas station and it had the coolest headlights.They were 7 inch round headlights.It looked like a face was trying to come out of headlight.They appeared to be made that way.They were all glass ,no chrome.The man said they were called ghost headlights(I think).I also think he said they were motorcycle headlights.I have searched high and low,motorcycle swap meets,catalogs,etc,etc, for a set for my 1960 falcon custom with no luck.Anyone else ever seen these headlights before?thanks

There was a thread on the HAMB a couple weeks ago about vacuum forming plastic. Either that thread had the guy who made them, or a link to the guy. Go search for vacuum forming plastic.
