Tried to bring my model A to town from my friends Dad's farm where we had been working on it this winter. Made about 5 miles of the 9 mile trip before the radiator failed. We had ran it a lot in the garage and tried it on a short trip. I knew the radiator was questionable but hoped I could get buy with out spending the money. I am looking at a straight replacement radiator. My plans are to change to a downdraft carb at some point but no major upgrades from the stock banger. I just want to know that cooling will not be a problem when I drive the car. Any input on sources. I see that Br***works offers a good Alliance discount. That makes the price about the same as Snyder's. Any thoughts?
