Looks like I'm the new girl...with a '56 Olds to boot !!

Welcome from South Dakota, and an "OLD" Oldsmobile geeser. I had several different Oldsmobiles in past years, I still have a "50" that will eventually get a juiced up 58 J2 and jetaway, ---if I live long enough.
I like your 56. Myself, I have a soft spot for the 57s.
Hang in there and have fun. Life only goes on for a little while.
