Lordz/Jesse - Do me a favor man. Don't stop posting this stuff. The shop and yard look rad. And it looks like you've got a hell of a lot more work to show too. I'm jealous - you look like you're having a ****ing blast building.

    I LUV THE LORDZZ MAN!

I enjoy seeing this stuff! For me, it's not what you talk about, it's what you can actually do that matters. Keep em coming and don't be a stranger.

I too am curious about the chopping of a chopped top though.

cause money talks brutha, the owner of said purple merc is a complete idiot, the extra 2 inch chop is more rediculous than the bullet stickers.... you cant unpeel a chop without some effort.

I like Plan 9 because he can pretend to be Hispanic when goes into the barrio, but still p***es for Chino when he goes to buy opium in Frisco..... [IMG]

As for Lordz, I WISH we had a place to go and learn, with that many projects, when I was growing up....looks like the young guys have a place to do just that.....

here is another 50 merc we are building, came in from MR,MERC in dekota

    [/ QUOTE ]

I have driven by Mr Merc's place a couple times. It is in a real small town in rural ND. They have a lot full of fifties cars for sale that were drug in from the farmsteads around there. I have never seen anyone around to stop and talk to. I ***umed they (whoever is Mr Merc) did their own work there as it looks like there is a shop there also.

Good lookin' shop. Judging by the graffiti those are probably real bullet holes. I hope you post more pix of the rechopped Merc. I think you'll have quite a challenge laying that rear window in correctly. That was a nice slice, but not cut enough to be Rockabilly.

Yer spellin' shud git yu into Old Skool Rodzz, fer shure. Yu B da Hel wit a hamer and de debbil wit a tworch. Ya no's, I shud kwit riyte abot heer.

I went to Catholic school and am expecting to get whacked by Sister Mary Elephant for the last few lines. I do hope your welds are better that your spelling and syntax.

But, cool shop, man. Keep us posted on what you're doing.

    What up Jesse!!!

it doesn't matter how a person spells or even if a person can read. when you walk into his shop your going there for one reason. to get some work done. are you going to pay him for his education or his skillzzz to work on you ride? come on man you couldn't come up with something better to say. "if you don't have something nice to say then don't say nothing at all"

here is one pic i took when my wife and I went to his shop. i always try to stop in to see him when ever i go to my dads house. my dad lives 2 blocks away from the shop.

i think he was getting it ready for airbags.

Whooo, I like that '51 that Dante posted pix of. Pretty nice chop. What is the little foot for? A Bermuda bell?

I've got to disagree with some here, though. Spelling does matter. it's how you make your first impression. If your target market is hip hoppers with a new record contract seeking the Bling, then you're on the right track. But for me, Traditional spelling and grammer + traditional style and craftsmanship. Bottom line is: A custom is built to the tastes of the CUSTOMER. Er…Kustoms are built to the tastes of the KUSTOMER.

Of course, your mileage may vary. Seize door for details. Call for freak consultation.

The matter still stands... why rechop an already nicely chopped car? AND what's the story on that 40 Ford coupe in the lot?? [IMG]
